Return & Replacement Policy

At Recreational Innovations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and replacement policy below:

Damaged Items in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, we are here to help.

  • What to Do:
    Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • How to Report:
    Email us at info@recreationalinnovations.com with the following:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

  • Resolution:
    Once we verify the damage, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. In some cases, we may provide a return label for the damaged item.

Non-Damaged Returns

We accept returns for non-damaged items within 7 days of delivery on most products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund of the product price.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in original packaging.
  • Some products are unable to be returned for a full refund, due to them being considered used, a common example would be like a car. Similarly, once a dock, PWC port, kayak launch, watercraft, or floatation device touches the water it is considered used.
